Stanford Isotope Geochemistry Measurement and Analysis (SIGMA)

Overview of Services

The Stanford Isotope Geochemistry Measurements and Analysis Facility is a shared analytical facility in the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability that includes key capabilities in the areas of radiogenic isotope geochemistry, non-traditional stable isotope geochemistry, and high-sensitivity geochemical and elemental analyses.

We specialize in elemental concentration determinations and isotopic compositions via ICPMS in natural and engineered materials. Our metal-free clean lab allows us to work with researchers with small sample sizes and/or low concentrations.

If you haven't reached out already, the best way to get started is complete our questionnaire to tell us about your samples, and a member of our lab staff will contact you.
