The Stanford Microchemical Analysis Facility (MAF) features multiple cutting-edge electron-sourced instruments designed and optimized for measuring and mapping elemental abundances in solid materials. The facility is equipped with both wavelength- and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometers and multiple cathodoluminescence detectors/spectrometers.
