Jan. 30, 2019. We replaced the Camera, the Camera cable and Camera PCIe Card. Unfortunately imaging still can randomly stop in the middle of an imaging run. We will contact Molecular Devices again and see if they have any other ideas of what is going on. Let us know if you need additional time for imaging if it stops during a run, so we won't charge for this additional time.
**BUG ALERT** the replacement camera may take about 5 minutes to warm up and could give over-exposed images for the first couple of minutes. It should resolve itself...if not find Dave or Jason (or find us for any other issues).
Check with us if doing an overnight Live Cell run or an automated run if you haven't done one in a while.
