Jan. 30, 2019. We replaced the Camera, the Camera cable and Camera PCIe Card. Unfortunately imaging still can randomly stop in the middle of an imaging run. We will contact Molecular Devices again and see if they have any other ideas of what is going on. Let us know if you need additional time for imaging if it stops during a run, so we won't charge for this additional time.
**BUG ALERT** the replacement camera takes about 5 minutes to warm up and will give over-exposed images for the first couple of minutes. It should resolve itself...if not find Dave or Jason (we'll replace the "new" with the "old" one that was working just fine in the coming days).
Check with us if doing an overnight Live Cell run or an automated run if you haven't done one in a while.
